본 과목은 빅 데이터 컴퓨팅의 기본 개념과 원리 및 응용 기법을 학습하고 빅 데이터 처리를 위한 분산 시스템 플랫폼과 빅 데이터의 수집, 데이터베이스를 적용한 빅데이터 저장과 처리, 데이터 검색, 차트를 사용한 시각화 등의 기술을 습득한다.

This course covers the fundamental concepts, principles, and application techniques of big data computing. The course also provides to learn distributed system platforms for big data processing, as well as techniques for collecting big data, applying databases for storage and processing, data retrieval, and visualization using charts.
